Clean… great beds and pillows… manager finally gave us a room after an hour of dealing w your customer service, because YOUR STAFF DIDNT TRANSFER OUR PAYMENT TO THE HOTEL. Please follow up on this as we had to pay for our reservation twice… once to YOU… once to HOLIDAY INN.

There was an available bed. The hotel was nice, it was clean and well apportioned. This is the first time I have stayed in a hotel that had space for hearing impaired. That was a VERY nice feature and made me feel a little more secure.

The hotel is very clean. Staff is friendly and polite. I specially would like to mention Kris who was working hard replenishing breakfast and cleaning up. I would definitely recommend this place and we will surely come back.

The room was really nice and so was the bathroom. Really enjoyed the tub with jets and the different lighting options in the bathroom. The bed was soft and comfortable. I would stay again.

Great staff/greeting. Pool area was very loud and there was a towel shortage. The Desk Clerk made it right!

The breakfast selection was great! The location of the hotel is perfect for shopping, restaurants and local travel. Our room was immaculate - we were very pleased. Our interaction with hotel staff was amazing. They were so willing to help us with anything and very courteous. Thank you!!

The room was clean as well as the bed, and comfortable. 1 staff member was very friendly, always greeted us, etc.
